Brisas del Caribe ALF Inc. was founded in 2018 by Milagros “Millie” Carreno and Jose Carreno to fill the ever-growing gap in the need to help families with placements in Small Assisted Living Facilities. Assisted livings are a fast-growing type of senior care.
Millie started her career as an independent Medicare insurance agent and financial planner. Many seniors she saw did not start preparing early enough or did not plan at all for retirement. She is licensed in the State of Florida and earned her BA Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico.
Their goal – treat every resident with respect and make them feel like a family member with love and dedicated attention. Helping families is our priority.
Jose started his career as a professional baseball player later became a Coach- Manager for the NY Mets in the minor league level. He is also licensed in the State of Florida as an insurance agent. After many years serving the senior community – This prompted Jose and Millie to start a company focused solely on helping people with senior placement and care.
